Salted Chocolate Almond Cookies

Rich melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cookies with a subtle hint of almond, finished with Maldon sea salt. These have an incredible texture; they’re almost brownie-like in the centre. They perfectly pair with a cup of Earl Grey tea or (our personal fave) a bottle of dark stout. Or pop a scoop of ice cream between two of them to create the ultimate ice cream sandwich.
